1 Admission conditions
The contract will only be accepted when received by the person in charge of reservations at the camp site, that it has been signed and that it is sent with the required deposit for your camping emplacement or rental unit. You will then receive a confirmation letter that will have to be presented to reception on your arrival.
The balance owed and local tax will have to be paid on your arrival, calculated according to the dates stated on your booking form.
If you do not inform the camp site of your late arrival we will re rent your camping emplacement or rental unit as from 12pm the next day.
Rental unit : on arrival you will have to leave 2 deposits, one of 350€ for any potential breakage and one of 70€ in case the unit is not cleaned on departure.
Departure : from 8am until 10am maximum, except if you have arranged to leave before which would depend on availability of staff. If you leave before 8am, the owner will keep your deposit and only after he has checked your rental unit, will then send it back. You need to make an appointment for the final visit 48h before departure.
If you leave before the stated date, there will be no refund.
You can also stay longer, depending on availability.
Cancellation : you can subscribe to a cancellation insurance, conditions are available on request from the camp site. Any cancellation needs to be sent in writing.
2 Police formalities
Foreign campers will have to fill out a form on their arrival due to the french law (decree n°75-410 on the 20th of may 1975).
3 Emplacements
Any tent or caravan will have to be placed where the owner indicates, no pre booked emplacements are accepted.
4 Reception
Open out of season from 9.30am-12.30pm and 3pm- 5pm and during July and August from 9.30am-12.30pm and 3pm till 6.30pm.
5 Noise and silence
There must be complete silence from midnight untill 7am. You must respect your neighbours even during the day.
6 Visitors
They must report to reception on arrival. The camper that receives guests will have to pay a fee as visitors will have access to the campsite facilities. Visitors cars are not allowed on the campsite.
7 Traffic and parking of cars
The speed limit on the campsite is 10km/h. You cannot drive on site from 11pm until 7am. You must park your car on your emplacement so that you are not in the way of anyone. Any car that goes over the speed limit will not be allowed on the campsite.
8 Appearance and respect of the facilities
Everyone must respect the campsite by keeping it clean. The campsite has a recycling system. All bulky items that need to be thrown away must go the tip ( road de la giraudette at agde).
Please use the cleaning and emptying of waste facilities provided. Please hang up clothes discretely and do not tie anything to the trees. The natural surroundings must be respected. Any damage made to the camp site will have to be paid by the perpetrator who will be immediately evicted from the campsite.
9 Security
a- fire
All personal barbecues (wood, coal) are strictly forbidden. Communal barbecues are available. Fire- extinguishers are accessible to everyone. In the event of a fire please tell reception immediately.
b-insurance
All campers must have an insurance for all their belongings and a liability insurance. The management declines all responsibility for any theft, loss, or deterioration of goods happening on the campsite. The campsite is only responsible for goods left at the reception.
c- bracelet
You will have to wear a bracelet in july and august.
10 Games
All violent or annoying games are forbidden near any facilities. You are not allowed to play any ball games in the alleys, they are to be played in the area provided.
11 Children
All children are under the responsibility of their parents.
12 Unoccupied Property
No unoccupied property is allowed to be left without the campsite owners consent. A rental fee will then be charged.
13 Swimming pool
Access to the swimming pool is only for campers and only during the opening hours. It is not supervised. Children have to be with their parents. Boxer or swimming shorts are forbidden. Only swimming trunks are allowed.
14 Animals
They are allowed, after showing their vaccination booklet and must be tattooed. Animal owners are asked to go outside of the campsite for the natural needs of their animals and are asked to pick up behind them. Dogs and other animals should be kept on a lead all times and should never be left alone when their owners are not on the campsite.
No animal is allowed in the sanitary facilities or in the rental units.Dogs that are in category 1 and 2 are forbidden.
15 Punishment
When you stay at ‘the romarins’ it implies that you accept all these conditions and the campsite rules.
Beyond the punishments done by the law, the decrees and regulations, any non respect of the rules will be punished by the campsite either by a warning or being evicted from the campsite.
